Use of the service

You may use RankingLocal.ai to analyze websites, request SEO services, receive reports, and generate supporting materials for lawful business purposes. You may not abuse the platform, interfere with its availability, submit malicious content, or use it to access a website or account without authorization.

Free Report Preview

The planned Free Report Preview is part of the Complete Marketing & SEO Action Report and is currently unavailable. When opened, it will require a verified business email and show the first three report chapters without authorizing website changes. The retired legacy audit is no longer offered. Availability, coverage, skipped evidence, and any paid checkout are shown on the report page.

Complete Marketing & SEO Action Report

When offered, the report costs $19.99 USD once and is not a subscription. The first three chapters may be previewed without payment. Self-service checkout is limited to a public HTML website whose complete bounded discovery is proven to contain no more than 200 pages. If discovery is incomplete, the site exceeds that limit, or required DataForSEO, Semrush and Ahrefs research is unavailable or below the configured budget threshold, checkout must not start.

A completed paid report includes the stated company, page, content, technical SEO, on-page SEO, keyword and search-results, competitor, authority and backlink, local SEO, conversion, measurement and cross-channel sections; at least five sourced competitor candidates; at least twelve acquisition funnels; and 90-day SEO, advertising and social-content plans. Customer-owned sources such as Search Console, analytics, CRM data and Google Business Profile are marked not connected or unverified unless actually connected. Missing data is not treated as zero. The report is a diagnostic and planning product; it does not authorize website changes, outreach, advertising spend or guaranteed outcomes.

The $19.99 report price may be credited once toward the first eligible $79 Automated SEO payment or first Managed Growth invoice for the same verified account and website when service starts within 30 days after the report purchase. The credit cannot be stacked, transferred, redeemed for cash or reused. Taxes are calculated separately where applicable.

Paid SEO services and third-party costs

Automated SEO is listed at $79 USD per month. Managed Growth starts at $800 USD per month for human-managed SEO and requires a written consultation quote defining the core SEO scope. Social media, cold email, paid-ad management, Google Business Profile management, multi-location or multi-site work, and custom development are separate add-ons only when expressly included in a written quote. Advertising media spend and third-party fees are separate.

90-day SEO delivery guarantee

For an eligible paid service that states this guarantee, RankingLocal guarantees that the agreed core SEO work will be completed and documented across the first 90 consecutive calendar days of paid service, with each active workstream checked or progressed on each applicable business day. If RankingLocal fails to complete and document that agreed work, RankingLocal will provide 30 additional calendar days of core SEO service at no service fee.

The customer must maintain the website and measurement access defined in the service agreement, provide timely approvals, and avoid uncoordinated changes that block the agreed work. A customer-requested pause, missing permission, or third-party outage may extend the delivery period for the time the work is blocked. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, the additional service period is the remedy under this delivery guarantee and is not a cash refund. Advertising spend, email sending costs, and other third-party charges are not included in the no-service-fee period.

SEO results and platform limits

RankingLocal measures available search signals against a verified starting baseline, which may include organic impressions, keyword visibility, indexed optimized pages, and qualified organic enquiries. These measurements report what happened; they are not promised outcomes. RankingLocal does not guarantee a specific search position, traffic volume, metric increase, backlink placement, AI citation, number of leads, or revenue result. Search engines, advertising platforms, publishers, directories, and other third parties control their own systems and decisions.

Your content and permissions

You are responsible for the URLs, business details, content, approvals, and other information you provide. You must have the right to ask us to analyze or change the website and to use the supplied materials. RankingLocal will modify or publish to a customer website only after receiving scoped permission. Removing required access may pause affected work and extend the applicable delivery period.

Availability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We try to keep the service available, but we do not promise uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, RankingLocal.ai is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
